There are so many events and activities taking place over the final bank holiday weekend, you will not know what to do or where to go first.
Well, let us help you......
Starting on Saturday, why not go for an early morning walk through the beautiful Singleton Botanical Gardens during the final weekend of Botanics in Bloom. From there you can take the whole family to World Party 2011 where you can find live music, belly dancers, Indian and Filipino dancers plus much more. Finally why not head on over to the Brangwyn Hall for the Swansea Bay Beer Festival where you can sample beers from all over the country?
World Party 2011 will be a great day out for all the family
Weather reports are suggesting Sunday will be the best day of the weekend so it would be rude not to spend it outdoors, wouldn't it? Take the family for a stroll down Swansea Prom, having a ride on the pedaloes in Singleton Boating Lake and riding the Swansea Bay Rider along the way. Have a quick round of mini golf in Southend Gardens and then enjoy the Mumbles Raft Race with a Joe's ice-cream. Mmmmmmm.....
Why not take the kids down to Singleton Park for a ride in the pedaloes?
Monday would be a great opportunity to visit Plantasia or Pirate & Smugglers Week at the Gower Heritage Centre. Or for the more cultural side of you, there are many fascinating exhibitions at Swansea Museum, Dylan Thomas Centre and the Glynn Vivian Art Gallery.
