Yes, the wait is over as the nominations for the Active Swansea Sports Awardswere announced. These local awards will be announced on the 24th October at the Sports Awards ceremony, at the Brangwyn Hall.
Nominees include Swansea City along with their captain Garry Monk, double paralympic gold medal winner Eleanor Simmonds and Ospreys' Dan Biggar.

This thursday, 16th October, Penlan Leisure Centre will be holding a 'Get Yourself Moving'event between 11am and 4pm. The event is designed to encourage the residents of Penlan to participate in regular exercise.
There will be taster sessions for people of all ages, for activities such as Wii sport, boxercise plus many more.
